VirusScan - Uninstall the framework services

C:\Program Files\Network Associates\Common Framework\frminst.exe /remove=updater or

Remove the following keys from the registry:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet002\Enum\Root\Legacy_McAfee Framework
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet003\Enum\Root\Legacy_McAfee Framework

Select 'Security | Permissions' from the tool bar and give yourself full permissions to the root keys:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\McAfee Framework
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Network Associates\TVD
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Network Associates\ePolicy Orchestrator

Delete the following directories:

C:\Program Files\Network Associates\Common Framework
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Network Associates

If for any reason it states that some of the .DLL files cannot be deleted, then stop the UpdaterUI process and then remove the .DLL files that are giving you trouble.

The UpdaterUI process has control of some of the ePO 3.0 agent .DLL files.

Reinstall VirusScan Enterprise 7.0 and FRAMEPKG.EXE
