MS: Windows Update Error 80245003 in Windows Vista

To fix this problem:

1) Stop the "Windows update" service
2) Rename the directory "C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution" to "C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution.old".
3) Start the "Windows update" service
4) Try "Windows update" again.
